Refund policy
At Victory Menswear, we want you to be entirely satisfied and happy with your purchase. We will happily accept the return of regular-priced merchandise if the merchandise meet the following criteria:
- Merchandise is in its originally purchased condition. It has not been worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have ALL original tags ATTACHED. Package is postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase.
- A RETURN AUTHORIZATION number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Please call (416)-901-1116 or email vic@victorymenswear.com to obtain a return authorization. In order to receive a refund, merchandise must be received no later than 10 days after the return authorization was issued. A full refund will be issued once the items have been received and checked at the store.
Items that are outside of the 14-day window will not be accepted.
- Returns without an authorization number will NOT be accepted.
- ALL SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE & cannot be returned under ANY condition.
At Victory Menswear, we are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned. As a suggestion, when shipping your return to the store, we recommend using a shipping option that provides a TRACKING NUMBER and INSURANCE. All return fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
Returns can also be made in-person at the store, original receipt must be present.
